Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date for any Silver Lioness guide, including Building the Temple, Soft Reboot, Sleep Again, and any bundle.
How to Request a Refund
Email viaana@silverlionessfit.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
After 30 Days
We’re unable to offer refunds for purchases made more than 30 days ago. If you’re experiencing an issue with your download or purchase, reach out anyway — access and technical problems are handled separately from refund requests and we’re happy to help.

Because our guides are delivered digitally, your refund request will not be denied solely because the file has been downloaded or opened. We stand behind the 30-day window regardless of whether you’ve started reading.
