The five signs, decoded
These are the five signs I see most consistently in my clients. The guide covers exactly what to do about each one.
- 01Sleep that falls apart between 2am and 5am
- 02Periods that turn irregular, heavier, or further apart
- 03Hot flashes and unexplained heart palpitations
- 04Brain fog, mood changes, and anxiety that feels new
- 05Unexplained weight gain, especially around your middle
Celia's coffee break
A few months ago, a client I'll call Celia told me about an ordinary Tuesday. She's 46, works in an office downtown, and on her afternoon break she grabbed her usual black coffee. A few sips in, her heart was racing. She figured it was the caffeine, but she'd barely had any, and she'd never felt anything like it before. She brushed it off.
It happened again a couple of weeks later, this time with no coffee at all. She was just sitting at her desk. When she finally told me, a little sheepishly, she admitted a few other things had been happening too. The same things I walk through in this guide.
Her worry had been building for weeks. I told her there was probably a reasonable, not particularly scary explanation for what her body was doing, and that there was a plan. She was relieved just to hear there might be an answer.
If any part of Celia's story sounds familiar, this guide is for you.
